Oracle Technical Lead (Utilities)

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and requirements for business and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications that support project objectives and guide solution delivery.

• Contribute to solution design, including developing proof-of-concepts, providing effort estimates, and creating conceptual architectures.

• Coordinate solution implementation, working closely with teams to support deployment activities and facilitate effective change management.

• Leverage deep functional and industry knowledge to provide guidance, recommend improvements, and drive best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned, feasible, and optimized for long-term success.

Job Qualifications

Here's what you will need:

• Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM).

• Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis, including elicitation, documentation, and validation.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience delivering technology or business transformation projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
