We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing Oracle solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of Oracle products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle-based solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and support to development teams during implementation.
- Perform system integrations and optimize existing Oracle systems for performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, designs, and processes.
- Stay updated with Oracle technologies and best practices to ensure solutions are current and effective.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in Oracle applications and technology stack.
- Strong understanding of Oracle database management, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud services.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data modeling, system architecture design, and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
