Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
- Define and document AS-IS / TO-BE business processes and functional specifications
- Configure and develop application components, workflows, integrations, reports, and data conversions
- Design and execute functional, unit, and system integration testing
- Lead user training and manage UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and process-related issues
- Manage BAU support, change impact analysis, vendor coordination, and Oracle EBS R12 to Fusion initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate would have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- At least 5-7 years experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations in SCM, including mandatory Order-to-Cash exposure
- Strong hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Pricing, Order Management) GTM or RFsmart is a plus
- Solid technical skills in Oracle Fusion data structures, integrations, reporting, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and related frameworks
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud data migration and conversion tools (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi)
- Good understanding of Oracle PaaS/SaaS architecture, Agile/SCRUM delivery, and EBS to Fusion migration projects
- Effective communicator with end-user environment experience, strong attention to detail, positive mindset
