Position Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 4+ years of experience and a strong record of delivering real-world solutions for live customer environments. This is not a role for someone who has only worked on internal or academic projects — you should be able to speak in detail about production systems you've built or maintained, and be comfortable independently debugging complex data and logic issues under real-world conditions.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Model: Hybrid, with onsite presence expected in Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and cursors for live production systems
- Optimize and tune complex SQL queries for performance in high-volume, production Oracle database environments
- Support and maintain data logic for real customer environments — not internal/academic or POC projects
- Independently investigate, debug, and resolve complex data and logic issues in production systems
- Contribute to ETL processes, batch jobs, or data migration projects as needed
- Write or maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for job scheduling and automation, where applicable
- Engage in client-facing or enterprise support activities where required
Mandatory:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, cursors)
- Query optimization and performance tuning for Oracle databases
- Experience working with large-scale, production data — real customer environments, not just POCs
- Ability to debug and resolve complex data/logic issues independently
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Exposure to ETL processes, batch jobs, or data migration projects
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting for job scheduling
- Experience in a client-facing or enterprise support environment
