Requirement:

• Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and security needs.
• Onboard applications into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including:
• Connector configuration
• Provisioning workflows
• Access policy setup
• Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to improve UI and user experience.
• Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Oracle IAM components and integrations for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
• Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
• Must have expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
• Prior experience working with financial services organizations, with knowledge of compliance-driven IAM requirements.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and performance tuning capabilities.
