Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Oracle HCM and workforce planning solutions for HR‑led programs
Lead workforce planning activities including headcount forecasting, demand planning, and cost analysis
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions
Configure and support Oracle modules related to workforce and financial planning
Support data integration, validation, and reporting across HR and planning systems
Participate in system testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
Provide functional guidance and best practices to client teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle development or Oracle‑based HR solutions
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related disciplines)
Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Workforce Planning solutions
Experience leading or supporting Workforce Planning initiatives
Understanding of HR processes such as headcount management, workforce costing, and planning cycles
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EPM Workforce Planning
Exposure to HR transformation or digital HR programs
Oracle certifications in HCM or EPM
Consulting or client‑facing experience
