About The Role

As an Oracle HCM Core Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle HCM Core solutions for largescale transformation programs. You will work closely with clients to modernize HR processes, drive operational efficiency, and enable datadriven workforce decisions while managing teams and ensuring highquality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend Oracle HCM Core implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Act as the primary functional lead for HCM Core modules such as Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, and Security
  • Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
  • Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines
  • Oversee functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and testing strategies
  • Support data migration, integrations, and reporting activities in collaboration with technical teams
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to business development activities, including solutioning, proposals, and client presentatio

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions, with strong expertise in HCM Core modules
  • Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in a consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce data, and global HR operating models
  • Experience managing teams and working in complex, multistakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively across industries and adapt to evolving client needs

  • Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Core HR or related modules
  • Experience with integrations, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, or reporting tools
  • Exposure to broader Oracle HCM suite (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Payroll)
  • Prior experience supporting regional or global HR transformation programs
