about the job

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations transform their talent management capabilities. You will lead solution design and delivery across talent modules, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable workforce outcomes and sustainable change.

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development.

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with client stakeholders to translate HR and business strategies into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

  • Functional Leadership: Provide guidance across project teams to ensure high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Change Management: Guide clients through change impacts, adoption strategies, and best practices for global talent transformation.

  • Collaboration: Work with technical teams, HR leaders, and integration partners to ensure seamless solution delivery.

  • Team Development: Mentor and coach consultants, fostering capability development and a high-performance culture within the team.

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to solution proposals, estimates, and Oracle HCM Talent thought leadership.

skills and experience required

  • Seniority: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR transformation or HCM consulting.

  • Domain Focus: Strong focus on Talent Management with hands-on experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Talent module implementations.

  • Process Expertise: Deep understanding of performance, succession, career frameworks, and talent review processes.

  • Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and senior client stakeholders in large, complex, and multi-country environments.

  • Functional Design: Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical functional designs and solutions.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

preferred qualifications

  • Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management certification.

  • Innovation: Experience with workforce transformation, skills frameworks, or future-of-work initiatives.

  • Analytics: Exposure to HR analytics or adjacent Oracle HCM modules.
    2 years contract covert to perm
