Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development.
- Partner with client stakeholders to translate HR and business strategies into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Provide functional leadership across project teams, ensuring quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Guide clients through change impacts, adoption strategies, and best practices for talent transformation.
- Collaborate with technical teams, HR leaders, and integration partners to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor and coach consultants, fostering capability development and high performance within the team.
- Contribute to solution proposals, estimates, and Oracle HCM Talent thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR transformation or HCM consulting with strong focus on Talent Management.
- Hands-on experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Talent module implementations.
- Strong understanding of performance, succession, career frameworks, and talent review processes.
- Proven experience managing teams and senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and practical solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large, complex, and multi-country environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management certification.
- Experience with workforce transformation, skills frameworks, or future-of-work initiatives.
- Exposure to HR analytics or adjacent Oracle HCM modules.
