Job Description
. We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead to drive the transformation of talent management capabilities for enterprise clients.
. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable data-driven workforce strategies and sustainable organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules, including: Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development
. Translate HR strategies and business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
. Provide functional leadership across projects, ensuring high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment
. Drive talent transformation initiatives, including adoption strategies and change management
. Collaborate with HR leaders, technical teams, and integration partners for seamless delivery
. Mentor and coach team members, promoting high performance and capability development
. Support solution proposals, estimations, and thought leadership in Oracle HCM Talent Required
Qualifications
. 10+ years of experience in HR transformation or HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Talent Management
. Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Talent implementations
. Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and career frameworks
. Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
. Ability to convert business requirements into functional solutions
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
. Experience working in complex, global, multi-country environments
. Preferred Qualifications:: Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management
. Certification Experience in workforce transformation and future-of-work initiatives
. Exposure to HR analytics or other Oracle HCM modules
