Job Summary:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion SCM .

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and supply chain best practices.

• Experience working in a multinational or complex enterprise environment.

• Ability to manage solution design, configuration, security roles and issue resolution.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Oracle Fusion certifications are advantageous

Key Accountabilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Cost Management and Supplier Management.

• Act as the first point of contact for business users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues efficiently.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), release management and production support for system enhancements.

• Partner with Procurement and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

• Support integrations and collaborate with global IT teams to maintain standardisation and best practices.

• Drive incident, problem and change management processes, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing trends, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
