Key Responsibilities

▸ Design, develop, and customise Oracle Flexcube FCUBS modules including CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance, and GL.

▸ Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages for core banking operations.

▸ Build and enhance Flexcube functionalities using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) tool and ODT (Oracle Diagnostic Tool).

▸ Implement system integrations between Flexcube and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and middleware platforms.

▸ Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

▸ Perform data migration activities including data mapping, validation scripts, and reconciliation.

▸ Conduct performance tuning and optimisation of database queries and Flexcube processes.

▸ Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

▸ Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design documents, test cases, and runbooks.

▸ Provide Level 2/3 technical support and root-cause analysis for production issues.

▸ Participate in Flexcube version upgrades and patch application activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

▸ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

▸ 4-7 years of hands-on Oracle Flexcube FCUBS development experience.

▸ Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL - stored procedures, packages, cursors, and query optimisation.

▸ Working knowledge of Java/J2EE for Flexcube customisation and extension development.

▸ Experience with Flexcube RAD Tool, FCUBS Workbench, and GIDE.

▸ Familiarity with Flexcube modules: CASA, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance, Payments, and General Ledger.

▸ Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON) and middleware (MQ, ESB).

▸ Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server configuration and deployment.

▸ Understanding of core banking processes, financial instruments, and regulatory compliance.

▸ Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
