Must-Have Experience

- Strong Localization experience, specifically covering:
- Singapore (mandatory)
- USA
- Europe
- China
- APAC regions
- Experience handling multi-country finance rollouts
- Strong knowledge of local statutory, tax, and compliance requirements
- Singapore-based consultant (mandatory)
- Relevant industry business process experience connected to Oracle Finance modules
Good-to-Have
- AI or intelligent automation exposure within Oracle Finance modules
