Job Summary: The Oracle ERP Engineer will provide , L2 Support for Oracle ERP. successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement in project processes.
Any form of Oracle EBS experience will be good.
financial modules for System administration, general ledger, budgeting, payment, receipting, fixed deposits, fixed assets, financial reporting and management reporting including business analytics and dashboard
Possesses related IT experience with at least FIVE (5) years of experience in Oracle ERP:
(b) Preferably with Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM) or equivalent certification;
Possesses at least TWO (2) years experience managing System hosted in the AWS Cloud Service Provider;
(d) Demonstrate good planning, management, supervisory skills and communicates (both written and verbal) clearly and effectively with his/her team and customers;
(e) Possesses the experience in dealing with requirements from the business perspective and is customer-oriented; and
(f) Is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle ERP projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Key Deliverables:
- Successful implementation of Oracle ERP systems within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
- High stakeholder satisfaction and project team performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Oracle ERP or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in Oracle ERP implementations.
- Proven track record of managing ERP projects from conception to completion.
Skills:

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
