Job Description
- Support and maintain Oracle CRM Fusion CX Sales applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business objectives.
- Configure and customise Oracle Fusion CX Sales modules as required.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Oracle CRM Techno Functional Analyst-Fusion CX Sales should have:
- 8+ years of Oracle CRM application implementation and support experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Oracle Fusion CX Sales experience.
- At least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS CRM implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Knowledge of system integration and documentation practices.
