Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, CRM Enterprise Applications, the Senior Analyst will lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle CRM solutions. The role works closely with business users, implementation partners, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions across Oracle CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management, and Oracle Field Service (OFS).
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion CRM solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support.
- Configure and support Oracle CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management, and OFS.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support integrations, reports, data migration, and system enhancements.
- Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Assess impacts of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular project and support status updates to management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Typically 10+ years of ERP/CRM implementation and support experience.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS CRM implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Oracle CX Sales
- Oracle Service
- Oracle CPQ
- Oracle Install Base
- Oracle Subscription Management
- Oracle Field Service (OFS)
- Experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of related modules such as Pricing, Sales Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Service Logistics.
- Experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, SQL/PLSQL, and SOA/BPEL.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a global manufacturing or high-tech environment is an advantage.
