Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction tests, and provide accurate dispensing of optical prescriptions.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in contact lenses, including fitting, dispensing, aftercare guidance, and identifying potential complications.
- Advise customers on suitable spectacle lenses, frames, and related products based on their lifestyle needs and visual requirements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to create a welcoming and satisfying shopping experience.
- Support daily retail operations, including maintaining store presentation and monitoring stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, consistently reflecting company values in all customer interactions.
- Work towards achieving personal sales targets while contributing to the store's overall performance and goals.
- Process customer payments and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously update product knowledge and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Registered (Fully/ Pre-) with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry.
- Training is provided.
