We are searching for qualified Optometrists to join our growing practice.
As an Optometrist at Eagle Eye Centre, you will be expected to use your skills and knowledge to provide high-quality vision care to our patients. Your duties will include conducting eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, and determining patients visual function.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine eye examinations, including refraction and the use of diagnostic equipment.
- Diagnose vision and eye health conditions, including refractive errors and amblyopia.
- Prescribe and fit corrective spectacles and contact lenses.
- Promote good eye health by educating patients on proper eye care, myopia control, and treatment options.
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical records and diagnostic results.
- Prepare and file clinical memos, referral letters, and replies.
- Support ophthalmologists and the clinical team in delivering quality patient care.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Fluorescein Fundus Angiography (FFA) and Indocyanine Green Angiography (ICG) will be an advantage.
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (for full-time applicants).
