Responsibilities
- Deliver primary eye care services and manage patient care independently to achieve high job satisfaction
- Utilize diagnostic equipment including fundus camera, tonometer, topographer, biometry, and slit lamp to conduct thorough eye examinations
- Develop Ortho-K fitting skills to expand treatment options for patients
- Collaborate with experienced senior optometrists for mentorship and support in pre-registration case submissions
- Lead and support team initiatives to contribute to clinic growth and patient care quality
- Participate in career development opportunities including potential employee shareholding plans
Required competencies and certifications
- Registered as a Provisional or Full Optometrist under the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) Singapore
- Minimum Diploma in Optometry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior knowledge or experience in Ortho-K fitting is advantageous but not essential
- Open to all experience levels, including fresh graduates
