Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate eye measurements and recommend suitable lenses and frames
• Perform fitting, adjustments, and repairs of spectacles
• Learn and apply adjustment techniques for optimal customer fit
• Educate customers on proper eyewear usage and provide after-sales support
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate product orders
• Collaborate with team members to enhance store performance
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements:

• Licensed Optician registered with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) in Singapore
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
