We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Support Administrator to manage the project processing and administrative support to the team.

Job Description

As an Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk, you will be providing administrative and logistical support to project operations by coordinating the receipt, return, and tracking of project-related parts and materials. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely data entry, and efficient coordination between project teams, suppliers, and logistics partners

What you will do:

  • Oversee the receipt and return of parts from or to the principal brand
  • Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing parts
  • Maintain accurate records in the spare parts or project tracking system
  • Ensure data integrity and timely updates
  • Handle all paperwork related to parts delivery and returns
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with audit standards
  • Assist the project team with coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Support reporting and asset tracking tasks
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project logistics

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proactive and organized approach to managing assets and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and adherence to corporate communication standards
  • Meticulous and organized with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong record-keeping and data accuracy skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in asset or store management is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
