職務内容:
Responsibilities
- Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer's inquiries in a timely manner
- Work with internal LFS stakeholders to create an exceptional customer service experience
- Manage account/customer expectations
- Work with internal and external customers on Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
- Manage appointed accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate sea/air freight shipments and transport arrangement
- Book service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipment
- Prepare billings
- Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
- Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
- Processing of Air & Sea – Import / Export documentations (Full-cycle) Billings / Invoicing.
- Assist with cross departmental projects when necessary
- Light office maintenance
- General operational administrative duties including data entry, filling, and scanning.
- Perform other required duties, as assigned by direct superiors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding operations, in a similar role with Import/Export experience an advantage
- Must possess at least O level, professional certificate/NiTEC/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/graduate Diploma in any field
- Possess of valid Class 3 driving license, DG certified and Cargowise will be an added advantage
- Excellent written / verbal English
- Proficient with MS office applications
