Key Responsibilities:
l) Tabulation and submission of employees OT
2) Update Daily Workers Allocations via Google Sheet (Schedule)
3) Ops/Project Management & Coordination -Attend Site meeting / Clarify detailing with client (s)
4) Inventory Management (Timber / hardware) / Stock take
5) Ops/Project Paperwork (if necessary)
6) Chair Bi-monthly Ops meeting with mgmt
7) Warehouse Space Management (Cleanliness, utilize of timber wastage, space management)
8 Manage all drivers coordination & logistics (servicing , incident reporting) , utilise fleet mgmt sys
9) Maintenance ah hoc assignment and delegation to driver (inclusive Service Reports)
I0) Ensure hardware/material/disposal cost are well_managed
11) Record tasks on sticky notes and notes pad on phone, give a date when can you finish the
tasks
