JOB SUMMARY
The person is responsible to manage activities related to molding machine and assembly activity by conducting first pass inspection and provide timely feedback to line technician, supervisors or engineers. He/ she will be responsible to sort and pack finished goods in a cleanroom environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the work process, part name and materials, as well as the operation standards
- Follow the work instructions from superiors
- Sorting the accept and reject parts based on work instructions
- Rework the rejected parts
- Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed
- Perform first level PE bagging and labelling process
- Must perform daily housekeeping
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Primary education
- Read and write simple English
- Must be able to count simple mathematics such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Must be willing to work in cleanroom environment
JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES
- Good eyesight
- Must be able to maneuver using computer to report quantity and quality data
