Job Summary

You will perform counter sales and prize claim processing for various betting products, maintain cleanliness, and support other assigned duties during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform counter sales for betting products including TOTO, 4D, Sweep, Sports Bets, and ad-hoc Charity Tickets to ensure accurate and efficient customer transactions
• Process prize claims for winning tickets accurately and promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales counter and surrounding areas through regular housekeeping duties
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet operational needs during assigned shifts
• Handle cash transactions securely and accurately to prevent discrepancies

Required competencies and certifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (legal age requirement for betting operations in Singapore)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in cash handling to support secure transaction processing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Other Information

Operating Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 7pm
• Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: 8am to 7pm
