JOB DESCRIPTION
Operator, DC Operations
. Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines
. Oversee day-to-day operation. Maintain SLAs and meet KPIs
. Recruiting and conduct interview for Data Centre operators
. Coordinate and support on-site Audits. Ensure all findings are attended, addressed and follow
up. Evaluate and implement corrective actions
. Investigate Customer complaints and follow up with Incident Report. Recommend and monitor
corrective and preventive actions
. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
. Motivate team member provide training needs and coaching
. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel & Words
. Excellent communication and leadership skills
. Review and maintain proper documentation
