Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and automate manual production operations for improved stability
  • Monitor production metrics and ensure timely escalation of incidents
  • Participate in system/network troubleshooting and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in production

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in IT operations
  • Hands-on experience with data centre equipment and systems
  • Familiarity with AWS tools like CloudWatch and CloudTrail
  • Willingness to work on rotational 8-day shift schedules including nights
