SALT Talent is looking for an Operations Support Specialist in Singapore for a Social Media client for 12 months & renewable contract role. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining smooth operations within the telecommunications department by managing invoices, handling escalations, and assisting with key projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice payment: Timely processing and approval of vendor invoices
- Line Operations: Conduct regular line audits to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or non-compliance in mobile line data.
- Telco Request Management: Receive and manage telecom service requests through task management systems
- User Escalations: Act as a point of contact for users experiencing issues or escalations related to telecom services
- Process Improvement & Project Support: Analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- 2 to 3 years working experience preferred
