Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Prepare and submit required documents to the government portals and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate internally with the operations and customer-facing teams to retrieve necessary documents or data.
- Track, update, and maintain proper records of all furnishing requests and responses.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responding to government-related correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to gather necessary vehicle or driver-related information.
- Prepare invoices for services rendered to clients or partners.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure billing accuracy before submission.
- Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices when necessary.
