Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Update and maintain case trackers, investigation records, and relevant registers
- Monitor investigation timelines and follow up on overdue or outstanding cases
- Coordinate with internal business units to track account closure status and case progress
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management reporting
- Compile statistics, data summaries, and presentation materials for senior management
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation of investigation cases
- Escalate delayed cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders where necessary
- Support preparation of management reports and presentation slides
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by Team Lead
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related discipline
- Prior administrative or operations experience in banking or financial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Good analytical and reporting skills
