Job Description

The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in the strategic and operational planning of our Roboshop business. This role goes beyond daily coordination—focusing on optimizing stock flow, improving machine performance, and driving operational efficiency across all locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable plans, improve KPI outcomes, and elevate customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and capable of leading operational improvements at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Roboshop operators to ensure high standards of operational excellence and accountability
  • Implement and maintain operational processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned Roboshops, including maintenance and troubleshooting of vending machines
  • Plan and execute merchandise allocation strategies to maximize sales while maintaining balanced inventory levels across locations
  • Execute timely stock replenishment and order placement according to the planned schedule
  • Coordinate closely with shopping malls and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely maintenance, and efficient workflows
  • Monitor stock levels and manage empty slot rates to meet company KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including stock movement logs and part-time staff attendance
  • Handle post-sale customer service matters, such as coordinating refunds, exchanging defective products, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and take prompt action to resolve Roboshop breakdowns or disruptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics and Marketing for stock planning, promotions, and campaign execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics & Operations or business related; field of study is not restricted
  • Prior 3 -5 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or vending machine management is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
  • Technically inclined with the ability to handle basic troubleshooting of machines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedules, including weekends and public holidays if required
  • May require travel between multiple Roboshop locations
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues on the ground
