- Ensuring and monitoring of correct storage and serving temperatures of the product.
- Assist Manager in Conducting regular inspections on the general cleanliness and maintenance of the venue and take corrective action as and when necessary
- Monitor venue adherence to all licensing laws regarding the service of food and beverage, public / employee safety and food safety
- Assist Manager with analysis sales mix, inventory, and other performance data and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and programme improvement
Server Duties:
- Scoop and serve gelato according to portion and presentation standards
- Handle cashier duties (POS system, cash, card payments)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area at all times
- Restock gelato, cones, toppings, and other supplies
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Store opening and closing duties
