Operations Supervisor (Marine & Offshore)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across ship repair, safety services, and vessel supplies
• Liaise with clients, vessel crew, and technical teams to understand job requirements and ensure smooth execution
• Plan and schedule jobs, manpower, and resources to meet vessel timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for repair works, servicing, and delivery of supplies
• Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain proper documentation/reporting
• Supervise and guide junior operations staff where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marine services, ship repair, ship chandling, or similar operations roles
• Good understanding of vessel operations, port coordination, and service workflows
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
