operations supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team in the operations department.
• Ensure business impact are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
• Uphold discipline and professionalism within the department.
• Oversee daily logistical operational function and ensure KPIs are met.
• Address challenges and resolve issues related to operations.

Requirements:

• Lead, manage and supervise staff
• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Profound expertise in ocean and air freight industry.
• Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, airline protocols, and shipping line procedures.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
