Operations Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor store performance and analyze operational data to improve sales and efficiency
2. Review sales, QSC standards, and customer feedback implement improvement plans
3. Support and manage new store openings and daily operations coordination
4. Drive profitability through cost control and operational optimization
5. Execute marketing campaigns and support brand growth
6. Train and coach store teams on operations, service, and product knowledge
7. Maintain strong communication with franchise partners and store teams
8. Coordinate inventory, ordering, and supply chain execution to ensure smooth operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in bubble tea or F&B operations
2. Familiar with store operations, QSC standards, and management systems
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
4. Experience in cost control and improving store profitability
5. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
6. Execution-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with store visits
7. Proficient in both English and Chinese
