Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

• Work in the Construction Industry
• Oversee workers daily affairs
• Manage drivers and lorry schedule
• Handle site submissions paper work for operations
• To motivate workers and monitor their attendance
• Follow up with deployment of workers to new client's jobsite

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Construction safety
• Effectively bilingual with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence and enthusiasm
• Able to work independently within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
