Operations Supervisor

. Ensuringall machines are functioning efficiently

. Involve in problem solving issues with clients

. Staff attendance and scheduling

. In charge of training and overseeing the operations

. Doing daily QC checks

. Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implementedto control risks

. Able to be hands on and help in operations, inIncluding carpentry work

. Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their jobexpectations

. Liaising and coordinate with inter-departments toresolve issues

. Making sure staff following SOP process

. Lead a team in achieving efficient production andensure product quality and maximize of resources

. Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirement

. Able to work with minimum supervision

. Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant position

. Able to commit to shift work when necessary

. Good communication skills
