Operations Supervisor (3PL Logistics MNC)

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics industry. They are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the east.

This Warehouse Supervisor would be responsible for:

• Lead and manage a team of operations staff
• Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy
• Ensure smooth daily operations and team coordination
• Supervise order picking, packing, and on-time delivery
• Meet daily targets within required lead times
• Enforce QHSE compliance in all processes
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Handle warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, packing, and container handling
• Operate lifting equipment safely (if authorized)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock takes
• Assist Executive with daily tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Logistics or relevant studies.
• Min 3 years of supervisory experience in 3PL warehouse.
