Infinix Group is a growing operations and workforce solutions company with businesses across cleaning, HR, and facilities management in Singapore. We are structured, expanding, and now building our next venture. This role sits at the centre of that build - with direct access to the founder and real decision-making authority from day one.
As part of this role, you will also contribute to an internal project: repositioning and rebranding the Infinix Group itself - sharpening how we present across all business units.
What you will own
- Design the full operational model for the new cleaning brand - service tiers, pricing structure, booking logic, and scalability framework
- Set the rules and regulations for both helpers and clients - conduct standards, service expectations, and dispute resolution processes
- Draft the cancellation policy, refund framework, and client-facing terms of service
- Map out the end-to-end customer and helper journey - from booking through to post-service review
- Research and recommend the right tech stack - booking engine, payment gateway, scheduling system, and automation tools
- Work with the AI-native creative partner to align the operational model with the brand positioning
- Support the Infinix Group rebrand - documenting internal systems, SOPs, and positioning frameworks
- Build reporting and audit structures so the business can be monitored and improved over time
What we are looking for
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, business development, consulting, or startup environments
- Strong structured thinker - you break complex problems into clear steps and work through edge cases thoroughly
- Experience writing policies, SOPs, or operational frameworks - not just ideas, but actual documents that work
- Commercially minded - you understand pricing logic, unit economics, and what makes a service model sustainable
- Comfortable with ambiguity - this is a build, not a maintenance role. Things will be unclear and you need to be okay with that
- Digitally literate - familiar with booking platforms, payment systems, and automation tools even if not technical
- Experience in service businesses, marketplaces, or gig economy platforms is a strong advantage
- AI-curious - you should be actively using AI tools to make your own work faster and smarter
