About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly effective Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between the company and our users. You will manage daily customer contact, resolve user issues, and leverage user feedback to drive operational activities and identify potential user needs. Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:
- Customer Liaison and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing professional and timely communication and support via multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).
- Efficiently resolve various user issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and a positive brand experience.
- User Insight Mining and Analysis:
- Systematically collect, organise, and analyse user feedback, behavioural data, and market trends to uncover potential user needs and business growth opportunities.
- Produce regular user insights reports to inform product optimisation and operational strategies.
- Operational Activity Design and Execution:
- Plan, design, and execute diverse operational campaigns (e.g., user incentivisation, community activities, promotional events) based on business goals and user requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct data reviews, and optimise activities to enhance user engagement and retention rates.
- Revenue Growth Contribution:
- Actively participate in revenue-focused operational tasks, exploring and implementing effective strategies to expand the revenue scale and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (Marketing, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred).
For New Graduates: Excellent track record in student organisations or relevant internship experience is highly valued.
For Experienced Candidates: 1-3 years of proven experience in operations, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with our users and cross-functional teams.
