Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Operations: Deep understanding of major platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Medium. Able to independently manage and grow the official accounts across these channels.
  2. Community Operations & User Growth: Independently design and execute community activities and campaigns to increase user engagement and drive eSIM product sales.
  3. Data Analysis: Conduct platform data analysis, generate clear operational reports, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support informed team decision-making.
  4. AI Proficiency: Highly skilled in using various AI tools for efficient content creation, industry insights, task automation, and other operational needs, significantly improving overall efficiency.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to jointly promote project growth.

Requirements:

  1. Clear logical thinking, self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong execution ability and a high degree of autonomy.
  2. Strong focus on personal growth with a clear career development plan.
  3. Excellent AI tool proficiency (experience with AI Agents is a strong plus).
  4. High data sensitivity able to identify key insights from data fluctuations and continuously optimize operational strategies.
  5. Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
