Roles & Responsibilities:
- General insurance policy processing, which includes new policy issuance, invoicing, endorsement, renewal and cancellation, while ensuring compliance with operating manuals, internal controls and guidelines
- Attend to enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Operational planning, and introduction of improvement initiatives in workflow and processes
- Participate and share on best practices for the team
- Assist immediate supervisor to prepare any reports and ad-hoc initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Insurance industry
- Candidates with insurance certifications will be favorably considered
- Accurate, meticulous and results-oriented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
