Operations Shift Team Leader/Team Coordinator

About the Role:

Lead and supervise daily terminal operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient processes. Manage manpower, workflow, compliance, and customer expectations while training and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee truck, drumming, and tank cleaning operations
• Act as Site Main Controller for emergencies
• Manage shift manpower, scheduling, and training
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, VF, and regulatory standards
• Mentor and coach Operations team members

Requirements:

• 3-5 years terminal operations experience in petroleum/chemical/industrial sectors
• 3+ years as a Team Coordinator
• Strong leadership, emergency response, and teamwork skills
• Minimum 3 GCE O Level Credits (incl. Science) / NITEC / Diploma
