Responsibilities
- Have oversight and ownership of the full middle to back office operational flow
- Provide quality post execution support to institutional clients for trade settlement
- Manage settlement fails with exchange and clients
- Follow up on post-settlement exceptions and reconciliation
- Support institutional account opening, maintenance and client data quality management
- Balance tight control requirements with the service demand of internal clients/partners
- Support and execute on-going project initiatives, including new regulatory requirements, new products and new business markets.
Requirements
- 3-8 years experience
- Service orientation, sense of urgency, ability to manage internal stakeholders expectations
- Excel in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
- Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
