Job Description:
- Prepare, monitor, and verify all shipping documents from suppliers. Accurately send shipping instructions and a full set of documents to relevant parties in a timely manner. Ensure all documents are filed and maintained properly.
- Arrange timely payments to suppliers and monitor receivables from customers. Proactively check on credit line requirements, facilitate their application, and escalate any potential issues to management.
- Handle internal systems (e.g., SAP, NNFS) to record all transaction data. Accurately input monthly closing entries and provide shipping documents to the accounting department for proper profit and loss management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for timely communication with customers, suppliers, and shipping companies. Proactively remind all parties of deadlines and provide necessary documents in a strict and timely fashion, both verbally and in writing.
- Assist the Operation Manager and Traders
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder with 1- 3 years experience
- Strong knowledge of bulk shipment logistics, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600) and Uniform Rules for Collections (URC 522).
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
