Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sea freight costings (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Support RFQ, rate enquiries, and key client pricing requests
- Assist in MSR maintenance and pricing support for operations & billing
- Conduct GP analysis and identify opportunities for profit improvement
- Support vendor management, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Work with regional teams to improve pricing, utilisation, and market share
- Prepare GP, vendor, and profit share reports for management
Details:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Up to $4.2k
- Changi South (EXPO MRT)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years freight forwarding experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of CW1 is an advantage
- Analytical, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
