Role Description

The Operations Scheduler will play a key role in planning and organizing schedules for multiple projects and operational tasks. This part-time remote role involves coordinating timelines, managing stakeholder communications, ensuring deadlines are met, and adjusting schedules based on changing priorities. The individual will work closely with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills for scheduling and coordination
  • Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changes, and solve scheduling conflicts effectively
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
