The Opportunity
This role sits within the quality function and is responsible for driving quality systems, ensuring compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across operations. You will work cross-functionally with global stakeholders to enhance quality standards and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality systems are effectively implemented and maintained
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory specifications
- Establish and drive quality standards aligned with global quality management systems
- Define and implement quality procedures in collaboration with operational teams
- Develop and maintain control processes and documentation frameworks
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and produce quality reports
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training, tools, and methodologies to support quality excellence across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in quality, operations, or customer-facing quality roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Experience working within structured quality management systems
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Strong communication skills, including presenting technical information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work within defined processes while exercising sound judgment
