Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives related to manufacturing transitions, including consolidation, expansion, integration, and production transfers.
- Manage small to large-scale programs from business case development to completion.
- Develop and oversee program budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure timely execution of program plans.
- Coordinate with key functions such as Finance, Legal, Trade Compliance, Facilities, Engineering, and Human Resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular status updates, including metrics to assess program performance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience managing largescale projects, with relevant professional certifications.
- APICS CPIM, CIRM or other related certifications are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Project/Smartsheet and Visio) and SAP/Oracle.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 40%.
