Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore but offers flexibility for some remote work. As an Operations Planning Manager/Operations Team Lead/Senior Client Support, you will oversee and optimize operational planning, manage production workflows, and ensure smooth client support processes. Your day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing operational data for actionable insights, and refining strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Effective planning and leadership will be central to ensuring that the operations team meets key objectives while maintaining superior service quality for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Operational Planning and Production Planning
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience in Operations Management and Planning to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide teams effectively
  • Proficiency with relevant business intelligence tools and software
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and lead both remote and on-site team members
  • Prior experience in client support or customer success would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
